I've discovered, thanks to MacWorld's MacGems column a great donation-ware news reader. It's called NewsMac and it's the most elegant news reader I've found yet for OS X. It comes with several channels and categories built-in (business, world news, software, mac) and you can add your own. If you like, you can send the creator a little something as a token of appreciation, but you don't have to - and the reminder to do so only appears once. You can find NewsMac at www.thinkmac.co.uk/.
